Services
Amplify provides podcast production, video production, digital content, animation, AI-assisted production, original music, and business development services. The specific scope of services for each engagement will be agreed in writing between Amplify and the client.
Client obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining necessary consents from recording participants, ensuring they have the right to publish or process content, and meeting any child-safety and privacy requirements applicable to their content.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of produced content will be agreed between Amplify and the client for each project. Amplify retains the right to use produced work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
Amplify's liability is limited to the scope and value of the specific engagement agreed with the client. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
